To exercise these rights, send a request to privacidad@vornemx.com including: your full name, a clear description of the data you wish to exercise your right over, and any document verifying your identity.

We will respond to your request within a maximum period of 20 business days as established by the LFPDPPP. If the request is deemed appropriate, it will be effective within the following 15 business days.

Vornemx implements technical, administrative, and physical security measures to protect your personal data against damage, loss, alteration, destruction, or unauthorized use. These measures include data encryption in transit using TLS 1.3 protocol, role-based access control, and periodic security audits.

Despite our efforts, no data transmission or storage system is completely secure. If you have reason to believe that your interaction with us is no longer secure, please notify us immediately.
